The Decision Application page consists of a series of tabs which represent the tasks applicable to the decision process. Not all tabs will necessarily appear for a given application as they are driven by the product(s) you have selected.
This table lists the tabs, buttons, and Other Action menu options available on this page.

When you change any of the most common adjustment fields on the Decision page that affect the calculations, a floating window showing a Calculate button appears along the right side of the application to remind you that a calculation is needed. You can continue to make changes and scroll through the entire Decision page. The floating window remains visible until you click the button to save your changes and refresh the calculations based on the financial information. You will not lose your place on the screen when you use this option.
Note: Clicking the Calculate button does not re-evaluate any credit policies. You must click the Save button to re-evaluate the credit policies and update any calculated fields displayed in the credit policy messages.
A permanent Calculate button is also available at the bottom of the Decision page. This button is always visible, so you can scroll down and click on it at any time. However, the page will only refresh if you have changed at least one field on the Decision page.
Note: The permanent Calculate button is not tied to changes on the common adjustment fields. It will refresh the page regardless of whether the latest change or changes affected the calculations. If you did not change any fields used in calculations, the calculated fields will not change when the page is refreshed in this manner.
At the bottom of the Application page, you may see the following buttons:
Complete: Use the Complete button to submit your decision when you are done with this application.
Save & ReEval: When you click Save & ReEval at the bottom of the Decision page, all Credit Policy recommended decisions are re-evaluated based on changes made on the Decision page. You do not need to reprocess the application to get Baker Hill Origination to re-evaluate a Credit Policy Recommended Decision if the only changes made are to data on the Decision Page.
The Credit Policy Messages subsection (in the Products, Scores and Decisions section of the page) is emptied and repopulated with any messages that were triggered by the new data. You can review the messages to see if any new items require your attention.
Note: Reevaluating credit policies this way will not rescore an application. To rescore an application, you must use the Reprocess feature available from the Decision task.
Cancel: Cancels any edits you have made to this application during this session (that is, any changes you have made since opening the Decision Application page are undone) and returns you to your home page.
Documents: Access the Documents page, which includes predefined documents (configured on a per-product basis by your system administrator) and the attachment feature. The letters will be addressed to the principals/guarantors that were selected to receive letters on the Application page.
View All:This displays a read-only copy of all the tabs in the Incomplete page for viewing or printing.
